K-Teg is strongly committed to a common support within the entire team. This in the form of a number of core values, which give a good picture of the corporate culture. The core values show what K-Teg stands for and how all team members interact with each other and with customers. In no particular order, these are the following core values: OPENNESS, FEELGOOD, RESPECT, TERM VISION and WIN-WIN.
These core values also form the guiding principle in decisions and choices. From small to big decisions… they are always tested against these five core values. To make the values also physically visible, they have been written out and visualized in the meeting room and relaxation room.
